Baixinan-B (02185): Fei Qianwen was appointed as an independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Baixinan-B (02185) issued an announcement. Mr. Chen Yiqing resigned as an independent non-executive director due to his other business commitments, effective from the end of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting. Ms. Fei Qianwen has been appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from October 9, 2026.

Following the resignation of Mr. Chen and the appointment of Ms. Fei, the composition of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee will change as follows from the end of the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting:

Audit Committee: Mr. Jiang Yifei succeeds Mr. Chen as chairman and Ms. Fei as member; and

Remuneration Committee: Ms. Fei replaced Mr. Chen as a member.
