Verici Dx Conditionally Raises GBP8.5 Million via Share Placing

12:09 PM EDT, 10/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Verici Dx's (VRCI.L) share placing priced at 0.002 pound sterling apiece conditionally raised 8.5 million pounds in gross proceeds. The clinical diagnostics company will issue 4,250,000,000 shares, comprising 1,683,000,000 firm placing shares and 2,567,000,000 conditional placing shares, according to a Friday release. Verici Dx also launched on the same day a retail offer of up to 125,000,000 new ordinary shares via the Winterflood Retail Access Platform to raise up to 250,000 pounds.
