Russian Deputy Prime Minister Novak said that Russia will immediately begin lifting restrictions on diesel exports, ahead of schedule. According to him, Russia is willing to supply additional diesel to the US and all partners in October, up to 300,000 tons in October, 500,000 tons in November, and 1 million tons in December. Novak also pointed out that the Russian market will also be fully supplied with diesel. The Russian government previously made a decision to extend the ban on exports of products related to diesel, marine fuel, and gas oil producers until October 31.
