Water Intelligence to Reacquire Franchise in US

The cash consideration for the franchise within the group's core American Leak Detection subsidiary amounts to $4.7 million, of which $2.5 million will be paid at completion, while the balance will be paid throughout 2029. The deal is expected to be immediately accretive.
