According to the Zhitong Finance App, CLP Holdings (00002.HK) issued an announcement to appoint Mr. Frederick Kadoorie as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Bao Lixian, the current vice chairman of the board of directors, will continue to serve as both vice-chairmen of the board of directors in accordance with the statute; and the board of directors has established a new board committee “Renewable Energy Business Committee” to provide dedicated supervision of the business development and operation activities of business units in China (excluding nuclear power investment) and growth markets.
