ST Doushen (300010.SZ): Signed a major contract agreement to purchase computing power services with a total amount of US$112 million

According to the Zhitong Finance App, ST Doushen (300010.SZ) announced that recently, Doushen Hong Kong Limited (English name: DOUSHEN HONGKONG LIMITED, hereinafter referred to as “Doushen Hong Kong”), the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, signed a computing power service agreement with XYZ. XYZ provides computing power services according to Doushen Hong Kong's needs. The agreed service period is 60 months, and the total amount of the agreement is 112 million US dollars (excluding applicable taxes and fees), equivalent to approximately RMB 755 million.
