Central Asia Metals Bags Kazakh Regulatory Nod for Cygnus Metals Acquisition

The London-listed metal production and exploration company said Tuesday that the deal remains subject to the court sanction at the second hearing on Wednesday. The acquisition, executed through an Australian scheme of arrangement, is expected to become effective on Thursday.
