Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas to Raise $7.7 Million via Share Private Placement

08:32 AM EDT, 10/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Eco (Atlantic) Oil & Gas (ECO.L) expects to raise $7.7 million through a private placement of 18 million new common shares at 0.325 pound sterling apiece. The shares will be issued to two Israel-based institutional investors, according to a Tuesday filing. Proceeds will be used to boost the oil and gas exploration company's financial position. The subscription is conditional upon admission of the shares on the London bourse's AIM segment, expected on Oct. 19. Closing is subject to regulatory and other approvals.
