Voltage X Plans Listing on London Bourse's AIM Segment

11:01 AM EDT, 10/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Voltage X intends to list its shares on the London stock exchange's AIM segment, according to a Tuesday filing. The Australian creative and communications group plans to raise gross proceeds of $3 million to $4 million through a placing of A ordinary shares. The number of A shares and market capitalization have yet to be confirmed, with 35% of the shares not in public hands at admission. Admission is expected in late October.
