The company's shareholders deposited 106 million shares in Victory Securities Hong Kong.

Shengli Securities announced that on September 11, 2026, the company plans to place a maximum of 14.12 million shares placed, which is equivalent to about 6.63% of the total number of shares issued on the date of this announcement; and approximately 6.22% of the company's issued shares, which were expanded after all allotments and issuance of the placed shares. The placement price was HK$4.25 per share, a discount of approximately 2.75% from the closing price of HK$4.37 per share on September 11. Assuming that all of the placed shares are fully placed, the total proceeds from the placement will be approximately HK$6.1 million, while the net proceeds from the placement are estimated to be approximately HK$57.66 million.
