After the acquisition is completed, Anqing International's DreamMesh technology can be deeply integrated with Fubo's self-built DreamMaker, SeeBay platform, AI computing power center, and etymon factory to accelerate the implementation of the AI film and television factory, expand the production scale of etymology and AI skits, raise the overall gross profit margin of the business, and lock in the core technical team to ensure the continuity of platform iteration without additional significant computational power procurement costs.
