Riley Exploration Permian Raises Dividend From $0.40 To $0.42 Per Share

Riley Exploration Permian, Inc. (NYSE American: REPX) ("Riley Permian" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend on the Company's common stock in the amount of $0.42 per share. The dividend is payable on November 11, 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on October 28, 2026. This represents a 5% increase from the previous dividend of $0.40 per share that was distributed the four quarters prior, with the most recent being August 12, 2026.
