According to the news, recently, Black Sesame Intelligence officially signed an AI computing server sales framework contract and supporting technical cooperation agreement with an A-share listed company (industry partner). The total sales contract amount is approximately RMB 300 million, of which, within one year from the signing of the contract, it is estimated that the complete AI computing server product with Black Sesame intelligent high-performance AI chips as the core will be purchased approximately RMB 250 million.

This contract is the first batch of orders for Black Sesame's intelligent AI computing server business. It marks that the comprehensive strategic cooperation previously reached between the two parties has completed substantial business implementation. It also represents the official large-scale entry of Black Sesame Smart's self-developed AI computing power products into the AI computing server circuit. It is another key commercial milestone for the company in the field of AI computing.
