Silver: Wave C Could Extend Toward $45–$50 Support

Silver is coming under renewed selling pressure, with prices moving toward the $55 support area as the correction continues to unfold. However, based on the current substructure and the sharp decline from the highs, it appears that wave C could extend even further to the downside, potentially reaching the $45–$50 area.

This zone is particularly interesting because it previously acted as an important support area in October 2025, roughly one year ago. Therefore, if the current bearish momentum continues, this is the next key area to watch for a potential completion of the ongoing correction.

From an Elliott Wave perspective, I still think that a final move toward the $50 area could complete the higher-degree counter-trend movement from the highs. The broader decline appears to be unfolding in seven swings, suggesting an overlapping corrective structure rather than a straightforward five-wave impulse. If this interpretation is correct, the projected move toward $45–$50 could mark the final stage of the correction before silver attempts to stabilize and recover.

However, we should remain cautious as long as selling pressure persists. For now, the $55 area is the first level to monitor, while the $45–$50 zone remains the next potential downside target if wave C continues to extend.
