Leader Education (01449): The controlling shareholder completed the transfer of approximately 29.9% of the company's shares to Scienjoy

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Leader Education (01449) announced that the controlling shareholder of the company, Shuren Education Co., Ltd. (Scienjoy) entered into a trading agreement with Scienjoy Innovation Labs Inc. (Scienjoy), and that Ms. Dong Ling acted as a guarantor to trade 239 million shares of the company, at a cost of about HK$103 million. The board of directors was advised that the prerequisites contained in the sale agreement had been met and that the transaction was completed on October 15, 2026. The sales shares (equivalent to approximately 29.9% of the company's issued share capital as of the date of this announcement) have been transferred to Scienjoy.
