European Commission OKs Itochu's Joint Control over Dentsu Soken

The transaction mainly concerns the supply of enterprise services and software, according to a Friday release. The authority said the deal will not raise competition concerns because the venture has negligible activities in the European Economic Area and the companies will have a limited combined market position.
