12:59 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority is seeking public feedback on draft amendments to strengthen disclosure requirements for investment funds, according to a Sunday release. The proposed rules include disclosing conflicts of interest, providing details of dividends distributed to the unitholders, clarifying the sources and nature of cash distributions, and listing the fund's top 10 investments, among others. Annual reports would add a performance analysis compared with a benchmark index, future expectations, and a risk assessment for public funds. The consultation period will end on Nov. 17.
