02:47 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Enogia (ALENO.PA) signed a long-term agreement with Ineos subsidiary Naphtachimie to convert industrial waste heat into decarbonized electricity at the latter's Lavéra site near Marseille, France. Under the contract, which has a minimum term of 10 years, the micro-turbomachines company will finance, install, and operate occupant restraint controller, or ORC, modules at the site, allowing Naphtachimie to use the electricity generated on-site without capital expenditure, according to a Monday release. The agreement marks Enogia's first industrial project under its Green Shield Power Solutions offering.
