According to the Zhitong Finance App, iFLYTEK (002230.SZ) released its report for the third quarter of 2026. In the first three quarters, the company achieved operating income of 18.187 billion yuan, an increase of 7.05%; net profit to mother of 21.8872 million yuan, an increase of 132.83%; deducted non-net profit - 763 million yuan; basic earnings per share were 0.0093 yuan.

In the third quarter, while maintaining a high level of investment in R&D on the autonomous and controllable technology route of artificial intelligence, the company solidly promoted the implementation of artificial intelligence applications in accordance with the principles of strengthening the C-side, deepening the B-side, and preferring the G-end. Revenue in the third quarter increased 7.99% over the same period last year, mainly due to the company actively promoting business strategy focus and restructuring: G-end business revenue fell 2.39% year on year in the third quarter. While actively shrinking the smart city business, smart education and smart healthcare businesses all achieved healthy growth of more than 20%. Despite a slight decline in overall revenue from the G-end business, the business structure continues to be optimized, and the operational business has made significant progress.

Net profit due to the third quarter increased 31.05% year on year, and net profit after deducting non-net profit decreased by 150 million yuan year on year. The main reason was that the company continued to maintain high R&D investment along an autonomous and controllable technology route: R&D investment in the third quarter exceeded 1.7 billion yuan, an increase of nearly 400 million yuan over the same period last year, accounting for more than 25% of revenue. On October 22, the company will release a new “Cloud+” iFLY Spark model. Based on the national production and computing power base, the company will upgrade the Spark ecosystem from opening up capabilities to co-creating value with a new upgrade of multi-mode human-computer interaction technology.
