Glenveagh Properties Seeks London Delisting

08:20 AM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Glenveagh Properties (GVR.IR, GLV.L) plans to delist its shares from the London stock exchange, while maintaining a presence on Euronext Dublin. The move will allow it to cut additional costs and regulatory and administrative obligations, the Irish homebuilder said Monday. The company has filed a request with the UK Financial Conduct Authority for the trading cancellation from the London bourse's Main Market, which is expected to take effect on Nov. 30.
