In order to solve the pain points of traditional techniques, this collaboration will combine Zetai Technology's ability to carry out rational LNP design and optimization with generative AI and predictive AI, and focus on discovering and optimizing novel LNP structures with Eli Lilly's expertise in scientific research and drug development, with a view to improving tissue specificity, improving treatment effects, and expanding the application of LNP technology in various disease fields.

According to the cooperation agreement, Jietai will rely on AiLNP (AI Nano Delivery System Design Platform), an ionizable lipid discovery and optimization platform driven by NanoForge, to develop a next-generation delivery technology that enhances the targeting of LNP delivery and optimization of internal distribution. Eli Lilly, on the other hand, will invest its superior resources in drug discovery, development and commercialization to accelerate cooperation between the two sides.
