The Zhitong Finance App learned that Quanfeng Holdings (02285) rose nearly 9% in early trading, and the cumulative increase since September 10 has exceeded 75%. As of press release, it rose 6.31% to HK$34.72, with a turnover of HK$443.14 million.

According to news, on September 10, Joseph Galli Jr., the former CEO of Chuangke Industrial, joined Quanfeng Holdings as the new CEO. Eight key managers have been recruited within one month of taking office. Yamato pointed out that this round of recruitment focuses on sales capabilities for western US states and strategic customers, and also covers the Canadian market. The bank expects Galli's recruitment campaign to continue, and the focus in the next phase may shift to the European market.

Cathay Pacific Haitong Securities pointed out that after taking office, Galli quickly recruited or promoted a number of senior executives for Quanfeng Holdings' North American business, many of whom had a working background in the Milwaukee business under Chuangke Industrial. We believe that the positive impact of joining the company was reflected in the rise of the brand ceiling; the modernization of the governance structure; and the deepening understanding of the North American channel and professional customer base.
