The reporter learned from the press conference of the National Development and Reform Commission on October 20 that the National Development and Reform Commission and relevant departments launched the first batch of 136 major iconic application scenario projects, providing important guidance for the cultivation and opening up of scenarios. Li Chao, deputy director of the Policy Research Office of the National Development and Reform Commission and press spokesman, said at the press conference that looking specifically, the tasks to be completed in this batch of projects can be summed up with three keywords. The first is verification to accelerate the maturation, transformation and application of new technologies, new products, and new business formats. For example, related scenarios in the field of smart mining will activate scenario resources from more than 2,800 mines, provide verification space for cloud computing, industrial Internet of Things, etc., and accelerate transformation into new efficient and safe methods of mine production. The second is openness to support all types of business entities to share development opportunities. For example, verification scenarios related to the brain-computer interface field will focus on brain-computer diagnosis, treatment, assistance, and consumption to build service bases such as brain-computer interface data platforms, pilot platforms, and scenario application centers to provide support for related enterprises to carry out product verification and expand market space. The third is demonstration, which provides a model for a wider range of applications. For example, in the field of electricity and energy, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei energy green transformation and industrial collaborative development scenarios, as well as application scenarios for new energy storage power systems, etc., will focus on scenario requirements such as high proportion of new energy consumption, new energy storage system construction, and green industry collaborative development, and the layout of systematic projects such as grid-structured flexible DC transmission, flexible load control, active support for wind and solar storage, and integrated networks to provide a model for the green and low-carbon transformation of the energy system.
