Rejlers, Multiconsult Shareholders Consent to Merger

11:28 PM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Shareholders of both Rejlers (REJL-B.ST) and Multiconsult (MULTI.OL) approved the proposed merger between the companies. The Swedish engineering services group said Monday that shareholders approved its transaction with the Oslo-listed engineering and consultancy company at extraordinary general meetings held the same day. Completion of the transaction is expected in late 2026 or early 2027, subject to other closing conditions, including the approval of relevant regulators. The merged businesses will rebrand as Multiconsult Rejlers upon completion.
