According to Zhitong Finance App, Feishang Anthracite (01738) issued an announcement. Mr. Lu Tianshun (Mr. Lu) has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to other business needs and personal matters, with effect from October 18, 2026.

Following his resignation, Mr. Lui also ceased serving as Chairman of the Board's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
