The Bank of Shanghai announced that the 9th meeting of the company's board of directors in 2026 reviewed and passed three related transaction proposals: it is proposed to grant the wholly-owned subsidiary SSB Hong Kong an equivalent credit line of 11.6 billion yuan, valid for 3 years for guarantees, trade finance, etc.; it is proposed to grant the Postbank a credit line of 17.5 billion yuan, valid for non-interbank businesses such as bill discounting, trade finance, etc.; and a credit line of 7 billion yuan, valid for 1 year for interbank lending and bond investment. The above transactions are all credit guarantees. They are the company's normal business.
