06:58 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BofA Global Research is upbeat on DHL's (DHL.F) growth as the German logistics group upgraded its 2026 guidance after its preliminary third-quarter EBIT figures surpassed market forecasts. For the third quarter, group EBIT reached 1.71 billion euros, 3.5% higher than company-compiled consensus, bolstered by strength in DHL's Express and Forwarding divisions, BofA said in a Monday note. "DHL raised FY26 Group EBIT guidance to [more than] EUR7.0bn (from [over] EUR6.5bn), reflecting the strong 3Q exit rate and a robust start to peak season in Express. [Free cash flow] guidance was increased to [greater than] EUR3.2bn (from c.EUR3.0bn) despite higher capex. The mid-term target of [more than] EUR7bn EBIT will be reviewed in March," the research firm wrote, bumping up the stock's price objective to 65 euros from 64 euros, while retaining the stock's buy rating. The EBIT and EPS estimates for 2026 were lifted by 1% and 2%, respectively. For 2027 and 2028, EBIT forecasts were left unchanged, whereas EPS projections were revised. DHL is scheduled to release its nine-month results on Nov. 5.
