North Mining (00433): Wu Yijie was appointed as Executive Director, Chairman of the Board and Authorized Representative

Zhitong Finance App News, North Mining (00433) announced that due to work adjustments and in order to focus on the operation and development of the Group's core business subsidiary, Luonan County Jiulong Mining Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Province, has proposed the resignation of the Board Chairman, Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer, authorized representative of the Company and the nomination committee of the Board of Directors under section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules (Listing Rules), all of which will take effect from October 20, 2026.

The board of directors was also informed that after resigning from the parent company mentioned above, Mr. Yang Yingmin will continue to serve as chairman of the subsidiary company Luonan County Jiulong Mining Co., Ltd.

Mr. Shen Jian has submitted his resignation as an executive director of the Company due to personal affairs and other business, effective from October 20, 2026.

Mr. Wu Yijie has been appointed as an executive director, chairman of the board of directors and authorized representative of the Company, all effective October 20, 2026.
