According to the Zhitong Finance App, Lai Fung Holdings (01125) announced its annual results for the year ended July 31, 2026, with a turnover of approximately HK$1,508 million, up 16.8% year on year; net loss attributable to company owners was approximately HK$592 million, up 41.1% year on year.

According to the announcement, the losses were mainly due to the sale of a housing building (T1) of Hengqin Chuangfang Phase II during the year under review and the deduction of Hengqin Chuangfang Phase II properties (mainly T3).
