The Zhitong Finance App learned that Yasheng Pharmaceutical (06855) rose more than 4% in early trading. As of press release, it rose 4.25% to HK$31.86, with a turnover of HK$28.974,800.

According to the news, Yasheng Pharmaceutical announced that the company's original Class 1 new drug, Lisentol® (generic name: risatocla, R&D code: APG-2575), was included in the “Breakthrough Treatment Varieties” list by the Drug Evaluation Center of the State Drug Administration for the treatment of adult patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia/small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL) in combination with acotinib.

According to public information, Lisentol® is a novel oral Bcl-2 selective inhibitor independently developed by Yasheng Pharmaceutical. It was approved and marketed in China in July 2025. It is used in adult CLL/SLL patients who have previously undergone systematic treatment including at least one BTK inhibitor. It is the first domestically produced original Bcl-2 inhibitor approved for marketing in China, and the second Bcl-2 inhibitor to be marketed globally.
