Great Portland Estates to Redevelop London's Soho Square Estate Building

02:37 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Great Portland Estates (GPE.L) plans to redevelop its Soho Square Estate building in London into a mixed-use property. The 90,000-square-foot development will include 75,000 square feet of office space and 15,000 square feet of retail area, the British property group said Wednesday. With demolition expected to start shortly, the company expects to complete the project in the summer of 2030.
