According to the Zhitong Finance App, Cao Cao Chuxing (02643) issued an announcement to repurchase 60,000 shares at HK$6201,000 on October 21, 2026; to issue 500 shares in accordance with the pre-initial public offering share incentive plan adopted in November 2022.
