The evaluation found that core monitoring, integration, and workflow capabilities are now well established across the market, while operational execution and conformance remains comparatively less differentiated among providers. Twinthread's "market-leading" rating in this latter area is an exception, and the report advises FMCG buyers to examine the continuity between decision and execution systems, instead of assessing each component in isolation.
