Colefax Group Prices Share Buyback Offer

03:56 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Colefax Group (CFX.L) priced its offering to repurchase its own shares at 13.50 pounds sterling apiece. The British interior design company said Friday that 366,996 shares have been tendered for its offer. It intends to repurchase and then cancel all the tendered shares at a total valuation of 5 million pounds, with settlement expected by Oct. 29. Originally, the company offered to repurchase up to 607,047 shares, or 12% of its total issued ordinary share capital.
