Biovica International Conditionally Raises SEK29 Million from Rights Issue

05:35 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Biovica International (BIOVIC-B.ST) conditionally raised 29.2 million kronor through a fully subscribed rights issue of 97,303,733 new B shares, the Swedish biotechnology group said Friday. Under the issue, 49.97% of the shares were subscribed for with subscription rights, while 21.14% were subscribed for without subscription rights. The company allocated the remaining 28.89% to HDF Cancer Monitoring in its capacity as guarantor in the rights issue. Following HDF Cancer Monitoring's participation in the rights issue, its stake in the company will exceed the relevant threshold under Swedish law of 29.9% and will require approval from the Inspectorate of Strategic Products.
