Ruisheng Technology (02018) grants 3,044 million bonus shares

In order to attract, motivate and retain key business leaders and talents, and to support the implementation of the company's business strategy and promote the long-term sustainable development of the company, on October 23, 2026, the board of directors decided to grant 297 selected employees (grantees) free of charge in accordance with the 2023 share award plan, subject to acceptance (grant) by the grantees.

The 3,044,000 award shares accounted for approximately 0.25% of the total number of issued shares (including treasury shares) at the date of this announcement. Based on the closing price of HK$35.6 per share on the date of this announcement, the total market value of the 3,044,000 bonus shares is HK$108 million. As of the date of this announcement, the 2023 Plan trustees held a total of 206.38,200 unowned shares under the 2023 Share Award Plan.

Prior to this grant, the 2023 Share Award Program had not awarded any rewards. After taking into account this grant, the number of shares that can be granted in the future is 41.956 million shares as authorized by the 2023 Share Award Plan.
