The China Securities Association plans to revise the “Special Evaluation Measures for Securities Companies Fulfilling Social Responsibility” and is seeking comments. The purpose of this revision is to improve the social responsibility incentive and restraint mechanism of brokers' social responsibility and enhance the scientific, standardized and oriented nature of special social responsibility evaluation work. Among them, the new regulations intend to promote a shift in the evaluation focus of service rural revitalization from breadth of support coverage to depth of support and actual results, adding evaluation indicators for rural revitalization related indicators. For example, brokerage firms with regional capital investment of 1 million yuan or more are scored according to the ranking of the amount of support investment and the ratio of support investment in operating income, taking into account differences in investment between brokerage firms of different sizes to guide the industry to increase substantive investment and strengthen the effectiveness of service rural revitalization.
