Zelensky said that the parties have reached an agreement to hold a tripartite meeting. The goal is to hold it in the first half of November, possibly earlier. He hopes the US can deliver the “Patriot” missile interceptor because Russia has begun a “winter attack” on Ukraine and is preparing for challenges in terms of electricity and gas. Ukraine has signed contracts with European countries and domestic producers. Zelensky said that the delivery of interceptor missiles to Ukraine is still being delayed. Zelensky also said that 270 Ukrainians were released back home during a prisoner of war exchange.
