The Shanghai Hydrological Station issued a blue warning signal for the high tide level of the Huangpu River at 15:30 on October 24, 2026: due to the combined effects of typhoon No. 2630 “Rose”, cold air, and astronomical high tide, the highest tide level at the mouth of the Huangpu Jiangsu River is expected to reach about 4.65 meters at 12:15 on the 25th. The municipal flood control headquarters requires flood control agencies at all levels and all units along the river to inspect and implement preventive measures.
