Nadec Enters MoU for Dairy Livestock Purchase, Farm Facility Use, Raw Milk Supply

(SASE:6010), d/b/a Nadec, signed a memorandum of understanding for three potential transactions with Al Othman Agriculture Production and Processing, or Nada. The agricultural company said Sunday that the 12-month agreement covers the purchase of dairy livestock for 370 million Saudi riyals, the potential use of Nada's farm facilities, as well as a possible raw milk offtake deal. The contract is subject to customary requirements, such as due diligence completion and regulatory clearances.
