Currently, key operating data on capital under management (AUM), transaction volume and number of customers are disclosed as follows:

Through Bitfire Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited (Bitfire Asset Management) Limited (Bitfire Asset Management), a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong, can engage in Type 1 (trading securities), Class 4 (advising on securities) and Type 9 (providing asset management) regulated activity business) and Bitfire Quantum Ltd. (incorporated in the British Virgin Islands) in accordance with the Securities and Futures Ordinance, Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong Ltd., has been registered with the Financial Services Commission as an approved manager to carry out asset management business (asset management) in accordance with the British Virgin Islands Investment Business (Approved Manager) Regulations. As of September 30, 2026, the Group's digital asset capital under management reached approximately US$221 million. Compared with the year ended June 30, 2026, the quarter-on-quarter increase was about 60.1% (as of March 31 and June 30, 2026, the Group's digital asset management capital scale was approximately US$85 million and US$138 million, respectively).

The Group provides OTC virtual asset trading services through Bitfire Asset Management and Bitfire Trust Company Limited (a company incorporated in Hong Kong, registered as a trust company under section 78 (1) of the Trustees Ordinance, Chapter 29 of the Laws of Hong Kong and issued a certificate of registration by the Registrar of Companies), and conducts virtual asset transactions (crypto asset transactions) on crypto asset exchanges. As of September 30, 2026, the Group's crypto asset trading volume reached approximately US$117 million. In the three months ended September 30, 2026, the Group's crypto asset trading volume reached approximately US$342 million. Compared with the three months ended June 30, 2026, the quarter-on-quarter increase was approximately 362.2% (for the three months ending March 31, 2026 and the three months ending June 30, 2026, the Group's crypto asset trading volume was approximately US$124 million and approximately US$74 million, respectively).

As of September 30, 2026, the number of clients in the Group's asset management and crypto asset trading business reached 1,058.

The Group's Japanese-compliant digital asset exchange BitTrade Inc. (BitTrade) focuses on crypto asset trading business, including automated crypto asset trading, crypto asset listing, and crypto asset wallet-related services. As of September 30, 2026, the total assets managed by BitTrade and customer wealth management were approximately US$113 million, and the number of registered users reached 306,358.
