03:24 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- GSK (GSK.L) reported a sustained 12-month clinical complete response from the phase 2 Azur-1 trial of Jemperli, or dostarlimab, as a monotherapy for the treatment of adults with stage 2 and 3 microsatellite instability-high/mismatch repair deficient locally advanced rectal cancer. The British drugmaker said Monday that the safety profile of the drug in the trial was in line with the established profile across solid tumors. GSK is planning to present the positive interim results at the European Society for Medical Oncology Congress. Jemperli is under review by the US Food and Drug Administration.
