Correction: WISeQey Unit WISeSat.Space Signs $15 Million Satellite Capacity Letter of Intent

09:00 AM EDT, 10/26/2026 (MT Newswires) -- (Corrects headline) WISeQey (WQEY.SW) unit WISeSat.Space Holdings signed a binding letter of intent with sister company Sealsq to sell satellite capacity associated with 12 satellites for $15 million. The proposed deal, which remains subject to the signing of a final agreement, also includes access to related mission control, ground segment, spectrum filing and operational support services, the quantum cybersecurity and space IoT company said Monday. The transaction is intended to establish the initial infrastructure for the Quantum Spatial Orbital Cloud. WISeSat.Space would provide satellite capacity and operate the supporting infrastructure, while Sealsq would develop the platform's security services using its semiconductor security, digital identity and cryptographic-key management technologies.
