Using the real scenario of flexible manufacturing as the origin of the design: The Xiaomi robot team selected 1,827 SOPs from 16 typical sections of the automobile factory for data collection, analysis and verification. Based on the verification results, they designed a new high-freedom bionic hand with 21 degrees of freedom, 26 motor hybrid drives, and a 1,500-point high-density full palm feel. Engineering exploration and thinking for high degree of freedom integration: The newly designed 21-degree-of-freedom bionic dexterous hand uses a hybrid drive design+tendon rope tension control to achieve precise grip control, improve the reliability and maintainability of the dexterous hand, and systematically optimize the cooling system and full palm feel.
