Compared with 2024, Shenzhen still ranked first, but its share fell from 24.4% to 20.4%, while Shanghai rose from 12.5% to 14.5%. Among them, sales jobs accounted for the highest share of 22.7%, but their average monthly salary dropped from 205,000 yuan to 19,700 yuan; the share of foreign trade procurement increased from 11.7% to 15.7%; and the share of e-commerce operations fell from 27.5% to 14.8%, a significant drop. Furthermore, among the most scarce talents in overseas companies, senior technical personnel account for 67.7%.
