The bank focuses on business in emerging markets. In an interview, Costello said, “There is considerable room for growth. Relying on our business layout in Asia, data center related businesses are expected to achieve stronger growth.” He said that up to now, most of the business opportunities brought about by the data center boom have not benefited the bank, and financing related to data center construction accounts for “not high” on the Bank of London's balance sheet. “We have indeed deployed some business related to data centers and hyperscale cloud service providers to participate in this round of capital expenditure cycle, and we are continuing to increase our business layout.”
