Amigo Resources Says All Properties in Kamiesberg Project Now Fully Covered by Mining Rights

08:28 AM EDT, 10/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Amigo Resources (AMGO.L) said all four properties in the Kamiesberg mineral sands project in South Africa, totaling 26,709 hectares, are now under mining rights after a 20-year right was granted over the Sabies and Langkuil properties. South Africa's Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources granted the right to Zirco Roode Heuwel on Sept. 30, according to a Wednesday release. Zirco Roode will now work with the department to execute the mining right before a public notary and file for its registration at the Mineral and Petroleum Titles Registration Office. On Sept. 28, 2026, the London-listed miner's subsidiary Rare Earths Development signed a share purchase agreement to acquire the Kamiesberg project by acquiring the equity of Zirco Resources and Cyndara 14. Deal closing is set on or before Jan. 31, 2027, subject to conditions, including shareholder approval.
