Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (NASDAQ:DJT) has reportedly signed Bloomberg, Susquehanna International Group and Jump Trading for faster access to President Donald Trump’s posts on Truth Social.

Truth Social finalized the agreements for the service that costs subscribers up to $100,000 monthly, Reuters reported on Thursday. The firms will receive quicker delivery through Truth Social’s application programming interface, or API, which enables computer systems to exchange information automatically and efficiently.

Susquehanna and Jump specialize in high-frequency trading and automated strategies, while Bloomberg is a news and data provider.

Trump’s family trust owns 41% of Trump Media, and he remains its sole beneficiary, as per regulatory filings.

Bloomberg, Susquehanna, Jump Trading and Trump Media did not immediately respond to Benzinga’s request for comments.

Firms Pay Up to $100K for Trump Posts

The arrangement follows Trump Media’s July launch of Truth API, a real-time feed for posts from Truth Social’s highest-ranking accounts. The President’s sons Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump would reportedly be included in the feed.

Since returning to office, Trump has used Truth Social to announce policy decisions, with posts on tariffs and Iran reportedly triggering sharp swings in stocks, oil futures and prediction-market contracts on Polymarket and Kalshi, sometimes before mainstream media confirmed the news.

In August, Trump Media said more than 10 customers are paying $60,000 to $100,000 monthly for licensed, faster access to publicly available Truth Social posts through its Truth API. The service delivers machine-readable feeds of posts from top accounts within milliseconds, potentially giving customers access “fractionally faster” than other users.

Lawsuit and Backlash

In August, The Intercept and Freedom of the Press Foundation sued Trump in Manhattan federal court, seeking to block his company’s Truth API service, which charges customers for faster access to his Truth Social posts. The plaintiffs argue the service violates the First Amendment by restricting equal access to presidential announcements and potentially allowing Trump to profit from market-moving government information.

Economist Peter Schiff and political commentator Ed Krassenstein had previously criticized Trump Media’s planned paid Truth API. Schiff accused the company of exploiting the presidency for financial gain, while Krassenstein warned that hedge funds and algorithmic traders could gain an advantage over ordinary users by reacting to market-moving posts sooner.

Trump Media Interim CEO Kevin McGurn had defended the service against concerns that it could give traders an unfair advantage, calling the criticism "misinformed." He argued that providing licensed, real-time public data through commercial APIs is a well-established practice across technology, financial information and media.

Price Action: Year-to-date, DJT stock has declined 54.91%, as per Benzinga Pro. The shares dipped 0.22% to $5.96
