On October 30, Evergrande Property issued an announcement stating that the investment holding platform under Taimeng Investment Group has signed an official transaction document with China Evergrande Group and its subsidiary CEGHoldingsLimited on the trading of Evergrande Property shares. Taimeng Investment will acquire 1.361% of Evergrande Property's shares held by China Evergrande at HK$0.8359/share, acquire 49.655% of Evergrandes' shares held by CEGHoldingsLimited at HK$0.7271/share, and bear a total of 500 million yuan in tax and other liabilities, converted per share, which is the same for the total consideration of the two.
