They signed an equity transfer framework agreement and equity pledge contract on October 26, with a total transaction amount of RMB 4.57 billion. Gree Group and its subsidiaries plan to transfer part of Huachuang Company's shares, with a transaction consideration of RMB 2,870 billion. The Traffic Control Group and its subsidiaries plan to transfer part of Huachuang Company's shares, and the transaction consideration will be fixed at RMB 1.70 billion.
